Tracy Kinne, a lifelong resident of Oswego County, was a newspaper journalist for 21 years. Changing times and circumstances found her working retail in the Big Box. On Sale: Employers Get Good Workers Dirt Cheap is her story and the stories of the many hardworking, under-paid, under-appreciated but talented, intelligent and thoughtful people with whom she worked for four years.
On Sale took honorable mention at the 2012 New York Book Festival and the 2012 Paris Book Festival.
