On June 16th, with approval from the Board of Trustees, the Ogdensburg Public Library will begin curbside services.
Curbside services will be available on:
Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm,
Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm,
Saturdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Patrons will be able to place holds starting on June 12th.
To place a hold a patron will login to our catalog at www.ncls.org
Call the library at 315-393-4325
Send us an email at email@example.com with HOLD in the subject line. If calling or emailing a request, please include the title and author of the materials, your name and your library card number. At this time, all requests can only be for materials in our library’s own collection. Interlibrary loans ARE available.
To protect vulnerable members of the community, all patrons must wear a mask when picking up their materials. Patrons will be able to continue to return their items in the drop boxes. Any materials returned have to stay quarantined for 72 hours, per IMLS (Institute of Museum and Library Services) and CDC guidelines. No fines will be charged while items are in quarantine. We will be offering online/virtual programming, social media engagement and help via email and phone. We will be promoting NCLS e-books and online resources. No in person programs or services will be offered at this time. However, a Kid's Curbside Craft will be available with reservation.
